The Plant Hatch United Way Committee is underway preparing for the 11th Annual Plant Hatch United Way Golf Tournament. This event is scheduled for October 14, 2016 at the Hawk’s Point Golf Club in Vidalia, GA. We are seeking sponsors to help make this event a success. We are offering three levels of participation for sponsorship:
Champion Sponsor ($2500)
- 2 teams will be entered into the tournament
- Company/Individual name displayed on banner at tournament
- 3 Hole Sponsor signs
Gold Sponsor ($1750)
- 1 team will be entered into the tournament
- Company/Individual name displayed on banner at tournament
- 2 Hole Sponsor signs
Hole Sponsor sign ($350)
- Company/Individual name displayed at one of the holes on the golf course.
In order to process this information prior to the tournament we ask that all donations and golf entries be received by September 30, 2016. If you would like us to pick up donations, please give us a call.
